Who we are

Paul AI ("we", "us") builds and supports business systems such as CRM workflows, integrations, websites, booking and AI assistants. This policy covers paulai.co, our inquiry form, our emails and the calls you book with us.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what is needed to reply to you:

• Contact details: your name, work email, phone number (optional), business name and website.
• Project details: what you want to fix, how it works today, the tools you use, your budget range, your timeline and your role in the decision.
• Your choices: whether you agreed to this policy and whether you asked for email updates.
• Booking details: the time you choose for a call and the details you add when booking.
• Basic technical information recorded when you submit the form, such as the page you came from, your browser type, IP address and time zone.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your request and suggest the right next step;
• schedule and hold calls you book with us;
• prepare a Blueprint, proposal or build if you ask for one;
• send a short follow-up if you have not booked yet (you can ignore it and we will stop);
• send tips and offers by email, only if you ticked the email updates box;
• keep records of our work and meet legal obligations.

Email updates and unsubscribing

Marketing emails are optional and only go to people who ask for them. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the email or by writing to contact@paulai.co. We will still send messages you need about a call or project you started with us.

Text messages

We do not currently send text messages from our inquiry form. If we add texting later, we will only text you if you give separate, clear consent, and every message will explain how to opt out (reply STOP).

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• our CRM and email platform (HighLevel), which stores your form answers and sends our emails;
• our website host (Vercel);
• our calendar and video call tools (Google Calendar and Google Meet) when you book a call;
• professional advisers or authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful to reply to you and follow up, and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Project records for clients are kept for the length of the engagement and as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email contact@paulai.co from the address you used with us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them.

Cookies and tracking

paulai.co does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The inquiry form is provided by our CRM platform, which records basic session details when you submit it so we know where the request came from.

Security

We use reputable providers, keep access to your information limited to the people working on your request, and never ask you to send passwords through our form. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as card numbers through the form.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be explained on this page before they take effect.
