What does Paul AI do?
Paul AI builds the systems that stop service businesses from losing customers: missed-call text back, lead follow-up, online booking, connected tools and client onboarding. Every project starts with a free 20-minute call, then a $250 Systems Blueprint if you go ahead, and is built in the tools you already use.
Who is behind Paul AI?
Paul AI was founded by Paul Gregorio, a civil engineer and a HighLevel Certified Admin. He builds CRM, follow-up, booking and integration systems for service businesses and agencies.
Is this a VA or answering service?
No. We build a system in your own tools that does the work automatically. Nobody is hired, and nobody answers your phone as you.
Do I pay before we talk?
No. The first call is free: 20 minutes to see where the leak is and whether we're a fit. You only pay the $250 for the Blueprint if you decide to go ahead. Once it's paid, we send you what to prepare for the session.
What does the $250 Systems Blueprint include?
A 45-minute session where we follow one recent customer from first contact to paid, then a written fix within 3 business days: what to change, which tools it touches, the tests it must pass and a fixed price. The $250 is credited in full if you build within 30 days.
How much does a fix cost?
Missed-Call Rescue, Follow-Up Engine, Online Booking and Connected Tools are $1,500 each. Client Onboarding is $2,500. Software, messaging and usage fees are separate and confirmed before the build.
Do I need a new CRM?
No. If you already use a CRM, we build in it. If you don't have one, we set ours up for you. It is included with Systems Care, or $97 a month on its own.
How long does a build take?
About 10 business days once we have access to your tools and the materials we need.
Can you handle A2P registration on its own?
Yes. A2P texting registration is $250 for one brand and one campaign, including a readiness check and up to 2 resubmissions. Carrier and registry fees are billed at cost. No Blueprint is needed.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Every build is tested against the checks written in your Blueprint before handover, and you see it working before we call it done.
